At the scenic lookout, while enjoying a much-needed snack break, we were treated to a sight seldom seen—four mountain goats gracefully traversing the ridge across from us. Their presence added a dash of the extraordinary to our hearty rest.
Thrills on the Glacier’s Edge
Our exploration reached exhilarating new heights atop the glacier moraine, where the group engaged in an impromptu session of snowshoe “skiing.” The icy slope behind the moraine beckoned, creating lasting memories of daring fun amidst the serene glacial silence.
